晚清作幕为官现象之盛的原因探析

Abstract: 师爷发源于周官幕人,有清一代盛极一时,但历代只是政府官员的私人"秘书",并无官衔职称。自咸丰年间曾国藩幕府起,其性质发生了变化,"作幕为官"现象盛极一时,这既与清初师爷团体的兴盛有关,也是特定社会时期、历史事件的产物。
