试析井冈山斗争时期的党代表制度

Abstract: 党代表制度始于第一次国内革命战争时期,黄埔军校和国民革命军、国民军仿效苏联红军的组织原则设立的党代表和政治部。1927年10月,毛泽东率领工农革命军到达井冈山以后,创造性地在军队中设立了党代表制度,并颁布了我军第一个政治工作条令——《党代表工作大纲》。党代表制度对保证党对军队的绝对领导和革命战争的胜利起了极为重要的作用。今天,重温这一制度,对新形势下推进党的建设仍有重要的启示意义。
