我国家政养老服务建设探析

Abstract: 鉴于我国高龄化不断加剧、失能老人数量持续增长、空巢老人与日俱增的老龄化背景和养老服务供不应求的形势,探讨家政服务公司向老年家庭提供养老服务,政府提供资金,通过契约关系实现养老服务建设。家政养老服务建设不仅能满足养老服务市场需求、提高养老服务质量,还能扩大消费和促进就业,建议加强制度引导家政养老服务建设,成功应对人口老龄化。
