Abstract: 基于农家乐服务品质提升和可持续发展,以供应链绩效评价为切入点,结合浙江省农家乐供应链发展现状,借鉴产品供应链绩效评价中较为成熟的体系和方法,从物流链、服务链、信息链、资金链四个维度构建农家乐供应链绩效评价体系,以有效提升农家乐服务品质和经济、社会、环境效益。
