Abstract: 随着环境保护和低碳经济日益为人们所关注,我国绿色餐饮迎来了一个难得的发展良机。本文在诠释绿色餐饮内涵的基础上,深入分析了低碳经济给我国绿色餐饮发展带来的机遇与挑战,并为我国绿色餐饮未来发展提出了几点建议。
