Design and Implementation of The Tension Fuzzy Controller with Adjustable FactorsChinese Full Text

Abstract: For the strip winding variable tension control system,the tension fuzzy controller with adjustable factors in the monitoring program is designed by force control configuration software. First,strip winding tension is sampled in the monitoring program,and then the tension error and error rate are blurred. We can obtain fuzzy query tables of tension fuzzy controller with adjustable factors by Matlab simulation. Then the fuzzy query tables are imported into the monitoring program. So we can check to obtain the change of PID parameters according to the tension error and tension error rate. Then we calculate new PID parameters to control the strip winding tension. The result of the Matlab simulation shows that the response of the strip winding variable tension control system is fast,and the overshoot of the system is small. The function of tension fuzzy controller is implemented in the monitoring program.
