Abstract: we developed combined drill bit of 300 mm diameter with the blade structure and core drill bit of 400 mm diameter with special structure,and introduced the structure design including the structure type,the main cutting parameters and the tooth arrangement design of the pilot bit and the reamer bit,and welding process of the bit. The field test results of bits proved that large diameter combined drill bit and core drill bit with special structure can successfully complete the task of drilling construction.
