Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between resilience and psychological crisis of college students. Methods A number of 900 students were assessed with Connor- Davidson Resilience Scale( CD- RISC) and Undergraduates’ Crisis Personality Questionnaire. Results ① Significant differences were found in the aspect of resilience among sophomore, junior and senior students( t =-2. 025,P < 0. 05; t =-2. 249,P < 0. 05). ② The total score of resilience exhibited positive correlation with five factors( 0. 122 < r <0. 870,P < 0. 01). And the crisis personality showed similar characteristic( 0. 339 < r < 0. 844,P < 0. 01). ③ Besides mental factor, other four factors of resilience were negatively related to the five factors of crisis personality(-0. 104 < r <-0. 518,P < 0. 01). There were significant differences in crisis personality among students with high or low levels of resilience( t = 12. 203,P < 0. 01). Conclusion The level of resilience is negatively related to that of crisis personality. People with higher level of resilience intend to have lower level of crisis personality. And psychological crisis will be less likely to happen on them when they were in a setback or under pressure.
