Abstract: 社会公平感是公民在公平判断基础上产生的情感体验。社会公平是保证社会和谐的重要因素。对公平感研究大多集中在国外个体主义文化下组织公平感领域,国内公平感研究近几年才比较兴起。本文归纳总结了国内有关影响社会公平感的实证研究,重点分析社会认同、情境、信息呈现顺序、框架效应对社会公平感的影响。今后这一领域研究应多角度多层次探索我国社会公平感的影响因素,深入拓展其应用领域方面的研究。
