Diagnosis and treatment of sacrococcygeal sinus in 7 casesChinese Full Text

Abstract: 目的分析骶尾部窦道的病因及临床治疗。方法 7例骶尾部窦道患者,其中男性3例,女性4例,年龄22~59岁。采用手术治疗,术式依病灶而定。比较其临床表现、手术方式、术后病理及其预后。结果 7例患者均行单纯一期切除缝合,术中亚甲蓝染色保证完整切除。2例术后病理学诊断为表皮样囊肿,均为中年女性;5例为藏毛窦,年龄22~28岁（男性3例,女性2例）,其中1例术后复发。结论骶尾部窦道病因不同,可依据年龄、分泌物性状、有无局部外伤及手术史等给予诊断,表皮样囊肿或畸胎瘤等保守治疗无效,需及时手术,对于多窦口或手术失败的藏毛窦,建议行off-midline手术,目前认为"裂上提"效果较佳,单窦口藏毛窦及其他病因可根据情况采取单纯一期切除缝合。
