校企合作人才培养模式改革与创新

Abstract: 2014年,全国高校毕业生规模将达727万,再创历史新高。面对高校毕业生总量压力的进一步增大,用人需求结构性矛盾也进一步突出。校企合作是解决这一矛盾的有效渠道。为稳固校企合作关系,需要制定校企合作发展战略,形成"高校-企业-大学生"相关利益共同体,采取"订单式"教学班,学习工作交替法,特定时间实践法,短期培训或讲座介入法,提前就业冷淡期等措施,实现高校与企业的多层次合作。
