子宫分割性平滑肌瘤1例

Abstract: ＜正＞患者,43岁,因停经于2011年12月5日入院检查。外院B超:子宫肌瘤,子宫内可见多个低回声包块,最大位于宫底,115 mm×113 mm×60 mm大小。患者于2011年12月7日入本院就诊。妇科检查时于盆腔处触及一包块,无压痛,双侧附件未触及明显异常。术中见子宫质软,不规则增大如孕20周大小,宫底部肌瘤质软如囊状,子宫下段近宫颈处及右阔韧带处见多个囊性质软结节,大小不等。病理检查眼观:子宫标本,子宫明显增大,其右侧壁可见突出的肿块,大小80 mm×60 mm×60 mm,表面由薄结缔
