间变性室管膜瘤腮腺及颈淋巴结转移1例并文献复习

Abstract: 目的探讨室管膜瘤颅外转移的临床病理学特征。方法对1例间变性室管膜瘤发生腮腺及颈淋巴结转移进行形态学观察及免疫组化检测,并结合文献复习分析其临床病理学特征。结果该例颅内手术后8个月发生腮腺及颈部淋巴结转移,前后经历4次手术,术后16个月因全身多发转移死亡。复习文献报道的7例幕上室管膜瘤颅外转移病例,为经1至多次手术后发生的颅外转移。结论室管膜瘤发生颅外转移绝大多数可能与手术相关,应引起足够重视。
