Abstract: The post-modern context has penetrated into everyday life.The cultural diversity and diversified values form the cacophony in the cultural field.This cultural symptom brings the literature theory teaching opportunities and challenges.As local normal colleges and universities,we should put forward the feasible strategy to meet the challenges,make the literature theory teaching out of plight,seize the opportunity,and create a new situation of "teaching benefits teachers as well as students"and "full of interests".
