Adaptability Analysis of Powered Support at Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face in Thin Coal SeamChinese Full Text

Abstract: In order to analyze the adaptability of the ZY5000/09/20 type hydraulic support at 422 working face and then propose some reasonable suggestions for safe production. First, hydraulic support is divided into 3 survey areas, then gathering and arranging working resistance data of hydraulic support from mechanized mining recorder. Second, working resistance distribution, setting load force distribution, late resistance distribution, features of M value histogram and operation features are analysed about hydraulic support. We concluded that this model can be adapted to the production conditions of the face. But setting load can’t reach the design requirements. Furthermore, the difference of working resistance between left column and right column at some supports is very big in the few times, and supporting force can’t be synchronized.
