新形势下中俄贸易合作:历史机遇与挑战

Abstract: 2011年12月,俄罗斯正式加入世界贸易组织（WTO）,使中俄贸易合作面临新的机遇与挑战。2012年普京在总统大选中获胜,也给俄罗斯的经济发展提供一些新的活力。在普京重新执政和俄罗斯加入WTO的新形势下,如何顺应历史潮流、大力发展中俄的双边贸易是摆在中俄两国面前的重大战略决策问题。俄罗斯加入WTO和普京的重新执政势必对中俄两国的贸易合作产生积极的作用,但两国的贸易依然会面临巨大挑战。通过在WTO框架下规范两国的贸易制度、建立自由贸易区、加强WTO框架下的合作和政治互信、加强多边贸易合作以及推动两国的产业升级是未来中俄两国贸易合作的主要任务。
