Abstract: Chinese traditional sports,are based on Chinese national culture,and combined with the cultural ideology a number of nationalities,and the term is a general name of the traditional life,entertainment,fitness of every nationality.Benedict,a famous cultural anthropologist,in his book "Cultural Model",said that "culture is one of the nation’s activities through the manifestations of a way of thinking and acting,and this way for the nation is different from other nations.Due to different geographical regions,there are great differences existing in different nationalities,different people,different cultural systems,and show different cultural identities.Chinese sports culture is the root of Chinese history and culture,also the motivation of future development of the culture,which is the foundation of Chinese sports culture exchanges with world other sports and culture.Chinese sports culture reflects the importance of traditional Chinese culture,has made important contributions to the prosperity of Chinese nation.
