Abstract: OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical analgesic effect of dezocine in elderly patients with vertebroplasty.METHODS 120 cases of ASA involvedⅠ-Ⅲgrade,were randomly divided into three groups using a random number table:Group A,B and C.40 patients were in each group.Intravenous injection of 0.1 mg·kg-1 dezocine was used in Group A,intravenous injection of 1μg·kg-1 fentanyl was adopted in group B,and group C was a control group.Changes of MAP,HR,SPO2 index, adverse reactions and pain score(VAS)were recorded respectively before administration(T1),at time of operation start(T2),filling bone cement(T3),and at the end of operation(T4).RESULTS HR,MAP in group A and group B was significantly lower than that in group C at T2,T3,T4(P<0.05),VAS score in group A at T2,T3,T4 were significantly lower than that in group B and group C(P<0.05),while that of group B at T2,T3 was lower than in the group C(P<0.05).The adverse reaction of group A was 12.5%,in group B was 35%,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Dezocine used in vertebroplasty keeps hemodynamic stability;it has satisfactory analgesic effect and fewer incidences of adverse reactions.
