Abstract: ＜正＞医院药学是一门既古老又年轻的学科,是以患者为中心、药剂学与药物治疗学为基础、临床药学为重点、合理用药为目标[1]的综合性应用学科,研究内容几乎涵盖药学的各分支学科。由于医院药学学科的形成只有二三十年时间,学科的性质与定义、内涵与外延、学科领域的界定、学术研究的范围,均需进一步完善[2]。基于此,本文试图分别探讨医院药学学科的形成与发展、建设与成果、未来与趋势,以便理清建国60余年来我国医院药学工作的脉络,明晰亟待解决的问
