子宫肌瘤动物模型构建方法的实验研究概况

Abstract: 子宫肌瘤是女性生殖器官最常见的良性肿瘤,其病因及发病机制尚不明确。动物实验是研究该病发病机制及临床前药物筛选的重要方法之一。国外子宫肌瘤动物模型有外源性性激素诱导模型、自发性模型、转基因小鼠模型和异种移植模型。国内多采用外源性性激素诱导模型,但在造模中给药的剂量、频率、时间不一致。本论文对国内外的各种造模方法进行了综述。
