Abstract: In order to solve the problem of communication information blockade during disaster rescue in coal mines underground,a new type of mine-used digital broadcasting rescue guide system was developed.The key technologies,main devices and characteristics of the system were introduced.The system uses technologies of IP network communication,multimedia process and digital broadcasting communication,and provides specific real-time information and technical guarantees for rescue works of personnel emergency evacuation in coal mine danger area,ground remote command and management decision-making,rescue communication and evacuation guide,which improves ability of the mine to deal with unexpected situations.
