丹参酮IIA磺酸钠对糖尿病大鼠神经病理性疼痛的影响

Abstract: 目的研究丹参酮IIA磺酸钠（TSIIA）对糖尿病大鼠神经痛的影响及其脊髓氧化应激机制。方法成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和丹参酮组,每组6只,佐脲霉菌素（STZ）腹腔注射建立糖尿病模型。采用Von-Frey检测SD大鼠足底机械痛阈值的变化,免疫荧光检测脊髓背角SOD及GFAP免疫阳性物质的表达变化,Real-time PCR检测脊髓背角IL-1βmRNA表达变化。结果与模型组比较,丹参酮组可显著提高机械性痛阈（P＜0.05）,提高脊髓背角SOD表达,降低GFAP免疫阳性物质表达（P＜0.05）。结论丹参酮IIA减轻糖尿病大鼠神经痛,其机制可能与抑制脊髓神经炎症,上调脊髓背角SOD的表达有关。
