Abstract: This paper mainly uses factor analysis to analyze the data of the questionnaire survey conducted by the Ministry of Commerce. The results show that most corporations in China tend to do cross-border transaction by third party payment platform and the factors which influence the effect of using third party payment platform are: network marketing, terms of payment, electronic customs clearance, legal norm; international logistics. The analysis also shows that the application of network marketing by China’s foreign trade enterprises still remains in the primary stage with many problems in E-payment, customs clearance, and logistics. In addition, China lacks systematic laws and regulations for cross-border E-commerce. Based on the findings, the paper puts forward feasible suggestions from both foreign trade enterprises and government angles.
