我国农地流转的动因分析——基于广东省的实证研究

Abstract: 本文利用广东省的实地调查数据,运用Biprobit模型解决了内生性问题,对农地流转的动因进行分析。研究结果表明,劳动力转移和非农收入比例增加是农地流转的主要动因,提供非农就业机会可以促进农地流转市场的发育。另外,地权稳定预期有利于农地流转,农户土地资源禀赋和当地政策导向影响农地流转。
