Soft Magnetic Properties of Ultrafine Crystalline Alloy Fe73.5Cu1Mo3Si15.5B7 Used for Invert WelderChinese Full Text

Abstract: The static and dynamic magnetic properties of cores made of ultrafine crystalline alloy Fe73.5Cu1Mo3Si15.5B7 and Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si15.5B7 widely used in inverter welder currently were compared.Saturation magnetostriction,performances for high frequency and pulse between 10-40 kHz and the loss and the change of permeability between-40-140℃of the cores were mainly studied.The results show that Fe73.5Cu1Mo3Si15.5B7 core has low high-frequency loss,high permeability,low saturation magnetostriction and excellent temperature stability,which can meet the requirements for transformer of invert welder.Simultaneously,Fe73.5Cu1Mo3Si15.5B7 ribbon has higher toughness,which can improve the process properties and the mechanical properties of ribbon and enhance the yield of core.
