Clinical Curative Effect Analysis of Keritherapy and Joint Mobilization Techniques after Operation of Bone Fractures Around the Knee JointChinese Full Text

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of keritherapy and joint mobilization techniques after operation of bone fractures around the knee joint. Methods: 80 cases after operation of bone fractures around the knee joint were collected,and divided randomly into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by keritherapy and joint mobilization techniques,while the control group was only treated by joint mobilization techniques. Then curative effect,knee-joint ROM and Lysholm score were compared. Results: In the treatment group,24 cases were excellent,14 cases were good,the excellent and good rate was 95%,In the control group,15 cases were excellent,13 cases were good,the excellent and good rate was 70%; there was a significant difference between the two groups（ P ＜ 0. 05）. The knee-joint ROM and Lysholm score in treatment group were higher than the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups（ P ＜ 0. 05）. Conclusion: Early keritherapy with joint mobilization after operation of bone fractures around the knee joint is helpful for knee function recovery.
