Abstract: 【Objective】This study established an environmental benefit evaluation index system for energy ecological model centering on biogas in Northwest China.【Method】Based on the theory of regional environmental sustainable development and evaluation analysis,an environmental benefit evaluation index system for energy ecological model in Northwest China was established in combination with characteristics of environmental benefits evaluation.【Result】The established evaluation index system for environmental benefits of energy ecological pattern in Northwest China included 4indexes,system structure,environmental protection,environmental effect and social-economic benefits,which could be further divided into 6,8,5, and 4secondary level indexes,respectively.Evaluation aggregate(EA)of environmental benefits was calculated and standards were built to evaluate the environmental benefits of energy ecological pattern in Northwest China.【Conclusion】An environmental benefit evaluation index system for energy ecological model centering on biogas in Northwest China was established.
