Abstract: In order to realize the recycle of aliphatic amine wastewater,the aliphatic amine wastewater was pretreated by catalytic stripping coupling with A/O technology. The influence of pH value,temperature,time and the dosage of catalyst on the stripping effect were investigated. The results of test showed that the catalytic stripping removal rate of TKN was 83% when influent COD was2 000 3 000 mg/L,temperature was 50 ℃,the stripping time was 2 hours,pH value was 11,catalyst amount was 5%. Wastewater after blow-off was treated by A/O technology. The effluent index could reach national sewage discharge standard. Using catalytic stripping coupling with A/O technology to treat aliphatic amine wastewater was feasible.
