煤矿井下员工工伤事故规律与预防对策研究

Abstract: 工伤事故统计是相关行业进行科学决策的重要依据。通过对某煤矿2004～2010年发生的工伤事故进行整理,采用工伤事故流行病学统计方法,分析得出了该矿井下员工工伤事故时空分布规律、人群特征和事故原因,提出了该矿近期降低工伤事故率的途径应为加强安全教育培训、合理安排生产任务和调整安全监察频次。该研究结果为企业掌握工伤事故发生规律,制订有针对性的预防对策提供了参考依据。
