Abstract: ＜正＞近2年来,笔者在临床工作中发现由咽喉急性炎症引发的颈部间隙感染如果控制不当,极易发展为颈深部多间隙感染,且病情发展迅速,随时有危及生命的可能。本文对2011-08-2012-12期间我科收治的6例颈部间隙感染患者病历进行回顾,并将诊治过程及临床疗效报道如下。1资料与方法 6例患者均为男性,年龄30~77岁,中位年龄57.3岁。2例为急性扁桃体炎引起的咽旁脓肿;1例为急性扁桃体炎引起的扁桃体周围脓肿,继而引
