Abstract: Objective:To study the MDCT 3d imaging performance of clinical diagnostic value.Methods:The data of 36 patients with clinical diagnosis of obstructive jaundice patients,through the MSCT abdominal scan,multi-planar surface reconstruction redevelopment cholangiopancreatography and comparative analysis.Results:surface reconstruction hinders reconstruction technique and the analysis of location diagnosis was 100% lesions（36/36）,lesions qualitative diagnosis was 91.7%（33/36）.Conclusion:Biliary obstruction sex disease clinical diagnosis is difficult,easily misdiagnosed,MDCT more reconstruction（MPR）and plane surface reconstruction（CPR）technology reconstruction hinders method is simple,but from different point of view and around the lesion site,beneficial to the differential diagnosis,and to improve the diagnostic coincidence rate,have a high clinical value.
