Abstract: Striae and interstitial space doctrine is an important part of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,striae and interstitial space are microscopic gaps of the tissue and the cell,such as a place that defensive qi,body fluid perfuse and transform,and playing an important function of guarding outside.Guarding outside dose not firm,striae and interstitial space being loose is a key cause and pathogenesis of chronic idiopathic urticaria.Strengthen superficies and replenish striae is an effective measure to treat chronic idiopathic urticaria.
