Doppler Ultrasound Measurement of Uterine Artery Blood Flow Influenced by Baotailing TabletsChinese Full Text

Abstract: Objective:This study was conducted to investigate the clinical evidence on effectiveness of Baotailing tablets treatment and the influence of uterine artery blood flow for first-trimester threatened abortion due to kidney deficiency,with progesterone capsules as a control.Methods:Sixty-two patients were enrolled in this study.The patients were assigned randomly to Baotailing or progesterone group.The total effective ratios of each group were observed.We also compare Doppler ultrasound measurement of uterine artery blood flow after treatment.Results:The total effcetive rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90.9% and 89.7%,the cure rate were 30.3% and 17.2%,there was no signifieant differenee between the two group（P＞0.05）.Insignificant decrease in pulsatility index（PI）of the uterine artery was observed after treatment and was not associated with treatment regimen.Significant decrease in systolic/diastolic ratio（S/D）was observed in both groups.only Baotailing treatment was accompanied by the decrease resistance index（RI）.Conclusions:Baotailing tablets are effective drugs for curing early threatened abortion due to kidney deficiency.And they can decrease RI and S/D in the uterine artery.
