Abstract: Objective:To study the clinical effect and mechanism of liver,spleen regulating,fuunblocking therapy combined with diet therapy on Constipation Type of Irritable Bowel Syndrome.Method:100 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:50 were as regulating,fu-unblocking therapy combined with diet therapy treatment group,the rest were as polyethylene glycol 4000 control group.Results:The scors of improving life quality in the treatment group were obviously superior to the control group （P＜0.01）. Conclusion:the liver,spleen regulating,fu-unblocking therapy combined with diet therapy has definite therapeutic effect on Constipation Type of Irritable Bowel Syndrome,convenient to use,deserves the clinical expansion.
