Abstract: This article presents a review on the chemical ingredient,pharmacological effect and clinical study of Cynanchum chinense R.Br.Now Protease,Flavonoid glycosides,Diterpene esters and Organic acids have been isolated from Cynanchum chinense R.Br.Cynanchum chinense R.Br.can affect cardiac muscle,immunity,anticonvulsant and kill virus in clinical efficacy.
