Study on the Consistency of Interpreting Information of Facial Complextion Diagnosis by Different DoctorsChinese Full Text

Abstract: Objection:By exploring the consistency of complextion interpretation by different doctors and the clinical classifying rules of complextion,a pedestal according to principles of TCM can be provided in order to realize discrimination of complexion diagnosis by computer.Methods:First,determin a clinical scale on complextion interpretation,according to 5 TCM experters’ fore-and-after obserations about 20 complextion pictures,calculate kappa values.Results:(1)the kappa values of complextion interpretation basing on 5 experters on TCM judging by themselves before and after are:luster > facial color > mosit and dry of lip > lip color.(2)To the complextion interpretion the total rateof consistancy according to 5 experters on TCM is 65%,and to the facial color the rate is 80%.Conclusion:The consistancy is more higher for the clinical experters using scale and interpreting complextion by themselves,better releasing the effective and chief classifying complextion on TCM.
