Vitexin and Rutin Isolation of Hawthorn LeavesChinese Full Text

Abstract: Objective:The purpose is to study the compound in the leaves of Crataegue pinnatifida Bge.var major.Methods:Separating the compound with thin layer and column chromatography and purified by macro polymorous resin,the compound was identified using the high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）and nuclear magnetic resonance（NMR）method.Results:Vitexin and rutin was obtained at last.Conclusion:The purity of vitexin and rutin was over 99% identified by HPLC method.
