旋覆代赭汤对反流性食管炎模型大鼠神经递质合成酶活力的影响

Abstract: 目的:观察旋覆代赭汤对反流性食管炎(RE)模型大鼠神经递质合成酶活力的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、假手术组、模型对照组、旋覆代赭汤原方组、倍用甘补组及西药对照组,各组给予相应处理或用药后,测定食管黏膜pH值;观察食管黏膜组织形态学变化,并进行病理分级及积分评定;测定血浆和食管组织中神经递质合成酶活力。结果:模型组与正常组比较,ChAT活性明显增加(P<0.05),NOS的活性亦显著提高(P<0.05);西药组与原方组及倍用甘补组比较,ChAT活性增加更为显著(P<0.05),倍用甘补组及原方组与西药组比较,食管组织NOS活力降低更加显著(P<0.05),倍用甘补组与原方组比较,食管组织NOS活力降低亦更加显著(P<0.05)。结论:旋覆代赭汤通过调节血浆及食管组织炎症细胞因子水平,干预炎症反应过程,通过影响血浆及食管组织神经递质合成酶活力,改善食管组织的舒缩功能。
