痰瘀消胶囊对大鼠脑缺血再灌注TM、GMP-140的影响

Abstract: 目的:观察痰瘀消胶囊对脑缺血再灌注损伤（CRI）大鼠的治疗作用。方法:采用夹闭双侧颈总动脉45min后再通,制备CRI大鼠模型,分别用痰瘀消胶囊、血塞通、阿司匹林治疗,给药两周后,检测大鼠血浆血栓调解蛋白（TM）、血小板表面α颗粒膜蛋白140（GMP-140）含量。结果:该方能降低CRI大鼠血浆中TM、GMP-140的含量;并能改善大鼠神经功能缺损体征。结论:痰瘀消胶囊对CRI大鼠有治疗作用。
