Clinical Efficacy of Aidi injection Combined with Chemotherapy for advanced Non-small Cell Lung CancerChinese Full Text

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Aidi injection in combination with paclitaxel plus cisplatin for advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods 60 patients with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups.Group B（chemotherapy alone,including paclitaxel plus cisplatin） and group A（chemotherapy plus Aidi injection）.Clinical efficacy were examined and were compared between the two groups after two cycles of chemotherpy.Results The overall response rate was 43.3%and 33.3%in groups A and B,respectively.The disease control rate was higher in group A than in group B（80%vs.50%, P＜0.05）.Compared to the patients in group B,the patients in group A gain more benefits in quality of life（P＜0.05）.There was no obvious difference on sides-effects between the two groups.Conclusion Aidi injection combined with paclitaxel plus cisplatin has superior benefits compared to chemotherapy alone in advanced NSCLC patients and has no obvious side-effects.
