Abstract: Professor Meng Jingchun believe that the symptoms of obstinate constipation,albeit simple,but the pathogenesis is rather complicated,often involving organs. "Plain Questions·five internal organs discourse categories" ,said:"Anal is also the door for five internal organs" ,said the Anal is the normal function of the door or not,in fact or not depends on the five internal organs functioning properly.Obstinate constipation therefore must identify the five internal organs in detail the actual situation to treat it.The five cases in this article attest to the correctness of his argument,The first case:because the kidney-yang deficiency,so can not give birth to yin water,the yin water is very little,resulting in constipation,Therefore,the use of warming kidney and condenseding water to the treatment of constipation;The second case is the lung dry,body fluid injury,can not be wetting down the large intestine,resulting in constipation,Therefore,the use of this method of moisten the lungs and Carefree gasto treat constipation;The third case:Because of the shortage of blood in the heart,so a lot of fire,and damage the yin water,resulting in constipation,Therefore,the us of cooling heart and nourishing blood approach to the treatment of constipation;The fourth case is because the gas shortage of the spleen,leading to the transport and transformation of the functions disappeared,resulting in constipation,so with the enhance the function of the spleen and tonifying gas to the treatment of constipation;The fifth example:the inadequacy of the yin water of the liver,it is not catharsis,resulting in constipation,and so soft the liver and slow haste to treat constipation,the above cases for the treatment of obstinate constipation theory provides a credible basis for Chinese medicine and reflects the diagnosis and treatment of the overall concept,the inspiration of future generations more.
