Abstract: Objective:To discuss the effect of total saponin of Aralia elata Seem leaf（TSAS）on anti-cancer.Methods:Determine the amounts of serum IL-2 of mice by ELISA,tumor cell apoptosis by FCM and rasP21 protein in tumor tissue.Results:TSAS can cause the number of serum IL-2 increase obviously,can′t alter the tumor cell cycle distinctly.Apoptosis rate heighten clearly the number of rasP21 protein reduce evidently.Conclusion:TSAS can increase serum IL-2,induce the tumor cell to apoptosis and urge ras cancer gene reversion to resist tumor.
