毛天东诊疗经验及学术思想的文献研究

Abstract: 目的:从期刊文献初步总结名老中医毛天东教授的诊疗经验及学术思想,为下一步进行数据挖掘和学术访谈打下坚实的基础。方法:全面检索中国生物医学文献数据库,中国知网数据库,中文期刊全文数据库,万方数字化期刊群等资源以毛天东为检索词的期刊论文,采用Noteexpress2.0筛查和管理文献,用Excel对相关信息进行描述性分析。结果:自1984年至今,共有16篇符合纳入标准的文献,分布集中、影响度高是其主要特点。研究内容主要是分期分型的正骨手法、骨折愈合组方——骨愈宝。结论:骨折的手法整复及中药组方是毛天东教授学术思想的主要体现方向。
