当归四逆汤加减结合针刺治疗颈源性眩晕临床观察

Abstract: 目的:观察当归四逆汤加针刺治疗颈源性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将56例颈源性眩晕患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用当归四逆汤加针刺治疗,对照组单纯针刺治疗。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异显著。结论:当归四逆汤结合针刺综合治疗可以提高治疗颈源性眩晕的疗效。
