Abstract: 骨髓间充质干细胞具有自我更新、增殖及多向分化的特点,在体外可通过5-氮胞苷、共培养等多种途径诱导分化为心肌样细胞。相关研究表明,Notch、W nt等信号通路在这一过程中发挥着重要作用。
