细胞因子在细胞移植治疗心血管疾病中的作用

Abstract: 细胞移植治疗心血管疾病是近年来探索的一种崭新的具有潜力的治疗方法,随着这方面研究的增多与深入,细胞因子在细胞移植治疗中所起的作用日益受到关注。某些细胞因子可诱导体外培养的供体细胞向心肌细胞方向分化并调控其增殖;细胞因子在缺血损伤处作为趋化因子吸引或动员体内某些干细胞或祖细胞也有着重要的治疗作用;移植细胞通过分泌细胞因子（旁分泌）促进血管生成被认为是细胞移植治疗心血管疾病的重要机制之一;此外细胞因子还具有若干其他的作用。作者对近期关于细胞移植治疗心血管疾病的研究中发现的细胞因子的作用作一综述。
