远端保护装置在介入治疗中的应用进展

Abstract: 对急性ST段抬高性心肌梗死闭塞血管采用球囊扩张和支架植入等急诊冠脉内介入治疗时,常常会引起血栓碎裂、脱落而阻塞远端小血管及毛细血管,导致远端血流缓慢,发生病变血管再通后血流缓慢,甚至发生“无复流现象”。远端保护装置可安全、有效地用于急性心肌梗死等血管内存在大量血栓时的介入治疗,具有良好的应用前景。作者对近年来远端保护装置在介入治疗中的应用进展情况作一综述。
