Abstract: 血小板在动脉粥样硬化、血栓形成以及急性冠脉综合征中起着非常重要的作用。血小板糖蛋白 GP b/ a受体拮抗剂通过与血小板膜上的 GP b/ a受体结合抑制血小板凝集 ,是一种新型高效的血小板抑制剂。目前已广泛地应用于冠心病、不稳定性心绞痛、急性心肌梗死 （AMI）及冠心病介入治疗后并发症的防治。大系列的临床研究已取得了降低并发症及病死率的显著疗效。
