Effect of the cardioactive recipe injection on hemodynamics in anesthetized open chest dogChinese Full Text

Abstract: AIM: In order to study the hemodynamic changes after bolus atrial injection of the cardioactive recipe of LCH in anesthetized open chest dogs. METHOD: Heart rate （ HR）, left ventricular systolic pressure （LVSP）,peak derivative of left ventricular systolic pressure LVd p /d t max, coronary blood flow （CBF） were observed after bolus atrial injection by the dose of 0.3,0.6, 0.9, 1.2 g/kg, respectively. RESULTS: CR induced the decreases in HR,LVSP,+ LVd p /d t （ kPa/s）, -LVd p /d t （kPa/s） and the increase in CBF, while low dose of CR has not any hemodynamic effects. CONCLUSION: The cardioactive recipe of LCH have siginificant negative inotropic and chronotropic effects.It also induces fast increase of CBF and the decrese of mAop.
