Abstract: Aim:To observe the change of hemodynamics when propranolol is used to treat hypertension and compare with the effects of nifedipine. Methods:Adopt the detective apparatus of hemodynamic information (CD Ⅵ) and examine the parameters of hemodynamics before and after the persons suffering from hypertension take propranolol and nifedipine. Results:Taking propranolol can quickly reduce blood pressure and myocardium consume volume oxygen, raise ejection fraction and myocardium ischemic threchold. It is prior to nifedipine in reducing myocardium consume volume oxygen and improving myocardium ischemic threshold. Conclusion:This way of examination has important values to direct clinical using of medicine,Taking propranolol has better effects than nifedipine.
